Cancellation and returns

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 3 days via info@qpo.sg

We do not accept returns. We take great effort to provide our customers with professional advice regarding our packrafts and accessories. We provide the option to meet up for a demo session during which a potential customer can try out one of our packrafts (free of charge) to get a look and feel of our products. As such, we go the extra mile to provide our customers with sufficient information to make an informed decision regarding their purchase. Because of this added service, we do not accept returns.

Warranty

Our products are subject to the warranty terms and conditions of service granted by the manufacturer. The warranty period and its coverage varies for each product. Our packraft come with a 3 year limited factory warranty.

Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). At the moment, we only accept PayNow or cash on delivery/collection. We will progressively roll out more payment options in the near future. For backorders, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Delivery and shipping

At the moment, we only operate within Singapore. All our packrafts will be delivered to you within 3 working days. Packraft customers can opt for our one-to-one hand-over and instruction session at the beach where we take time to explain how to inflate the packraft, how to store and maintain it and how to do minor repairs. If customers would like to make use of this introductory session, please contact us and we will set up an appointment with you.

All other orders are on a self-collection basis with appointment. A pickup slot will be scheduled via email after the order is placed. We will progressively extend our shipping services within Singapore and the region.

Privacy policy

Personal information is used for QPO Packraft internal use only, mainly for customer service and to improve our IT services. We do not share any information with other parties. Since we have a strict payment on delivery/collection policy, we do not keep any payment information of our customers.

Liability

Use your packraft responsibly. Being out on the water is potentially life-threatening due to drowning or other injury. Wear a life vest at all times and take all necessary precautions. Under no circumstance will QPO Packraft – Singapore be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expense, costs or liabilities whatsoever.
